Established in August of 1998, Gyeongbuk Techno Park aims at improving the competitiveness of regional industries through the development of high technology and nurturing of venture industries.

Gyeongbuk Techno Park is based on the participation of regional governments and regional universities, and it has been continuously expending the efforts to construct a center for technology innovation with the participation of business, academia, and research institutes. As a result, Gyeongbuk Techno Park is developing as a model case of excellence in Korea.

Moreover, the Gyeongbuk Techno Park is creating more motive power for regional growth by projects such as policy planning on regional strategic industries and high-potential industries, support and evaluation of Research and Development, and construction of collaboration network among business, academia, and research institutes.

Recently, we have established a subsidiary branch in China to promote active exchange and entry into foreign markets. With our dedicated efforts, we at Gyeongbuk Techno Park promise to lead regional competitiveness by promoting technological innovations and acting as a network base for business, academia, and research institutes.
